[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="500" caption="The middle one almost works. Almost."][/caption] I hate remote flashes. That is, until someone buys me the wireless doohicky needed to connect to them. Then I will love them. But for now all they do is ruin my photos.
It's actually kind of interesting. Tuesday's game against William & Mary was especially bad as far as remote flashes messing up my photos. At first I couldn't figure out why they were being used so much more than usual but it finally occurred to me that some of the athletic department photographers had decided to use them that day to get some great (I imagine) shots of dunks/blocks/rebounds/other things right at the basket because the game was pretty unimportant. So in that regard I'm grateful they did this at the W&M game as opposed to an ACC game. Though who knows, maybe my theory is wrong.
Side note: I googled the correct spelling of "doohickey" for this post.
